Indian Ocean Group Training is a non for profit organisation that has a wide range of products and services that are delivered to the communities of Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Islands. Our Management Committee is made up of outstanding members of the both communities who have experience is many areas such as Education, Industry, Local Government and Employment, this mean our Management Committee has a huge range of knowledge in all these areas. All the members of Management Committee are committed to ensuring all the divisions of IOGTA services,  is what is needed by the community in a fair and equitable means and serves to ensure high quality Training and Employment Services

IOGTA is governed under a constitution, our current board members have been sitting on the committee for many year and have a in depth knowledge of IOGTA and our values and mission as a business.
